Hello, festivalslab is the innovation programme of the 12 festivals here in Edinburgh.

As part of our work we’re doing an exciting project about service design – how to improve the festival experience from a human perspective.

We’re looking for some volunteers to take part, it’ll be an initial workshop near Waverley this Friday and then a mission to be done the following week. And you’ll be trained by Snook – Scotland’s leading service design agency and it will be lots of fun.
