full time Skilled bartender seeks loving summer work in Edinburgh.

Hi,

I'm going to study in Canada in September as part of the exchange programme at my current university and I would love to get as much work as possible over summer in preparation for my travels.

I've got experience across the board working in bars that range from student bars to up market hotels and even high end cocktail bars.
As a bartender and performance student my ethos in regards to my work is to enjoy myself and perform, making a drink is, in itself, a small performance. Whether it is just pouring a pint, opening a bottle or busting out a flair routine, the principals are still the same.
