What it's like to work at The Stand Comedy Club
The Stand is one of Scotland's best-known comedy clubs, running several stages during the Fringe. It recruits Edinburgh-based seasonal staff for bar and front of house, technical and marketing roles. The Stand is an accredited real Living Wage employer and a Fair Fringe Charter signatory, with paid trial shifts, no zero-hours contracts, transport home after midnight, and staff keeping 100% of tips.
