What it's like to work at Paradise Green

Paradise Green is a long-running, volunteer-run Fringe operator (since 1997) presenting shows across Paradise in Augustines and Paradise in The Vault in the Old Town. It's run entirely by volunteers — front of house, technicians and show operators, house and technical managers, a kitchen team and first aiders. Volunteers aren't paid but receive shared accommodation in Marchmont, all meals on shift, branded clothing, free standby tickets to non-sold-out shows, and training.

Runs a volunteer programme — see our volunteering guide for what to expect.

Pay

Unpaid volunteer programme — shared accommodation, meals on shift and show tickets provided.
